2. General

We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website and our content. This website does not process form data on the server and uses no cookies or tracking tools that identify individuals.

4. Hosting & server logs

The website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. Each request processes technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, requested file, referrer URL, browser and operating system) for delivery and security of the website. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Transfers to the USA are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. External resources

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) and the three.js library from cdnjs (Cloudflare Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). Your IP address is transmitted to these providers. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a consistent, functional presentation).

5a. Audience measurement (Vercel Web Analytics)

We use Vercel Web Analytics (Vercel Inc., address see section 4). Aggregated, anonymised usage data are collected: pages viewed, referrer, approximate region, device category and browser, plus anonymous events (fact sheet or press kit download, language switch, selecting a point in the 3D model, briefing form submission with the selected area of interest, without your input). 6. Cookies

The public part of this website does not set cookies. In the partner area, a technically necessary session cookie is set after sign-in; it expires after eight hours or on sign-out.

6a. Partner area

The partner area (skyskipperone.com/partner) is open only to authorised partners with a personal account. To protect confidential documents and to document access, we log every sign-in, every failed sign-in attempt and every page request with user name, date and time, page requested, IP address, approximate location derived from it (country, region, city) and browser identifier. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in protecting confidential information) and the agreement with the respective partner. Logs are stored in a non-public Vercel storage in Frankfurt am Main, are accessible only to INVENTIO GmbH and are deleted after 24 months at the latest.

7. Contact by email

The briefing form only opens your own email client; the website itself does not transmit or store any input. If you contact us by email, your details are stored to handle the request and deleted after completion, at the latest after 6 months, unless statutory retention obligations apply. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR.

8. Retention

Personal data are deleted once the purpose of processing ceases. Statutory retention periods (in particular under the Austrian BAO/UGB, e.g. 7 years) remain unaffected.

9. Your rights

Access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), objection (Art. 21) and withdrawal of consent (Art. 7(3) GDPR). Please contact info@aggregatx.com.
