Single Stage To Orbit · Defence Platform

One engine.
Four modes.
To the edge of space.

SkySkipperONE is a flying-wing drone platform powered by the ceramic Aggregat99 engine: 3D-printed, no moving parts, no cooling, no cryogenic propellants.

Scroll to launch
01 · Launch · Rocket mode

Cold start in seconds.

Hydrogen peroxide and methanol ignite on their own. No pump, no spin-up, no launch rail.

H₂O₂ + CH₃OH 0 – 3 km
02 · Ramjet · air-breathing

Air instead of oxidiser.

Above roughly 800 km/h the engine breathes ambient air. Peroxide is saved, methanol delivers the thrust: range instead of tank volume.

Air + CH₃OH 3 – 18 km
03 · Fuel Shifting · above 18 km

Nitrogen as oxidiser.

In thin air, monosilane is added and uses atmospheric nitrogen as an additional oxidiser. The engine shifts like a gearbox, without stage separation.

SiH₄ + N₂ 18 – 50 km
04 · Rocket mode · Orbit

One stage. All the way to orbit.

Beyond the atmosphere, peroxide takes over again. One engine, one stage, from the ground to the edge of space.

H₂O₂ + CH₃OH 50 – 100 km

One family.
Four classes.

All SkySkipper drones are flying wings: the entire body generates lift, cutting drag by up to half. Small classes are 3D-printed, large ones built in fibre composite. Powered electrically or by Aggregat99.

Ceramic, not metal.
Physics, not pumps.

Aggregat99 is a laser-printed engine made of high-performance ceramic – no turbopump, no cooling, not a single moving part.

01No moving partsNo wear on turbines or bearings, minimal maintenance in the field.
02No coolingHigh-performance ceramic withstands 1,200 to 2,500 °C without cooling channels.
03No cryogenicsAll propellants storable at ambient temperature.
04Instant readinessHypergolic ignition, no spin-up.
05Higher concentrationPeroxide at 95 % instead of 75 %, because the ceramic can take it.
06Low-cost productionLaser-printed, lightweight, shock-resistant, scalable to series.

Fuel & logistics

Fuel from the field.
Not from the supply chain.

Methanol and peroxide can be produced locally from electricity, including surplus energy. No fuel trucks, no cold chain, no charging infrastructure.

ElectricityGrid, solar, wind or on-site generator
Electrolysis & synthesisMethanol (CH₃OH) and hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂)
StorageAt ambient temperature, without pressure or cooling
RefuellingIn about 5 minutes instead of hours on a charger
Less logisticsProduced at the point of use
IndependentNo fossil supply chains
RangeHigher energy density than batteries
SpeedThrust instead of propellers
StorableNo self-discharge
